Ms. Anindia is the Managing Partner and the Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of ARFP Lawyers.
Prior establishing ARFP Lawyers, Ms. Anindia worked for more than 7 years as a senior associate in some major Indonesian corporate law firms.
Ms. Anindia mostly handles non-litigation major corporate projects, such as direct investments, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, rights issues and other capital market and corporate financial matters, in the sectors of mining, plantation, property, shipping, health care, manufacturing & distribution and finance.
Ms. Anindia is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Mr. Ricky is the Head of Coporate Secretarial Practice Group of ARFP Lawyers.
Prior establishing ARFP Lawyers, Mr. Ricky worked for several years in some major law firms in Indonesia and as a Legal Manager in an Indonesian legal services company. Previously, he worked as a legal officer of Special Asset Management, Remedial and Litigation Division in a well-known bank in Indonesia.
During his career as a lawyer, Mr. Ricky has been involved in corporate, commercial, banking, property and capital markets projects. Mr. Ricky also has extensive experience in handling commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.
At ARFP Lawyers, Mr. Ricky handles the corporate secretarial services, general corporate, direct investments, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, company setup and startup establishments projects, in the sector of energy & natural resources, IT, e-commerce, property and finance.
Mr. Ricky is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Hendra Setiawan Boen
Mr. Hendra is the Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and Intellectual Property Practice Group of ARFP Lawyers.
Mr. Hendra has been practising law since 2005, and registered as a Receiver and Administrator for Bankruptcy with the Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (IKAPI). Moreover, Mr. Hendra is also a member of the Advocacy Body at the Central Executive Board of the Golkar Party (Badan Advokasi pada Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Partai Golkar) as well as the Deputy Secretary-General of Sentral Organisasi Karyawan Swadiri Indonesia (SOKSI).
Mr. Hendra was a partner in a well-known and reputable litigation law firm, and previously worked for a first-tier corporate firm considered as one of the pioneers in the field of capital market law in Indonesia, before moving on to practice with an Indonesian first-tier litigation firm. There he handled numerous multifaceted complex litigations, be it corporate litigation or intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Hendra has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial-litigation-related work, ranging from company issues, marine insurance, charterparty disputes, banking matters, property matters, financial and investment related claims, capital market issues, construction disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, anti-monopoly disputes, energy and resources matters, telecom matters, maritime issues, plantation issues to infrastructure sectors. He also specializes in intellectual property protection and advises in numerous class-action suits and citizen lawsuits as well as cross-border international arbitration.
Mr. Hendra also actively contributes his time to write law articles, published in national-scale media, as well as a book on law.

Oey Hoey Tiong
Mr. Oey Hoey Tiong is an expert in banking, finance, mergers & acquisitions and private law. His past service as the Legal Director of Bank Indonesia for years gave him the extensive knowledge and another level of expertise in banking sector.
Mr. Oey Hoey Tiong worked at Bank Indonesia shortly after graduated from Universitas Indonesia in early 1980s. He also obtained his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in the late 1980s, while he was serving the esteemed central bank of the Republic of Indonesia. His education at Harvard Law School and his involvement in some international congresses and courses gave him knowledge in common law and international law.
Mr. Oey Hoey Tiong retired from Bank Indonesia in 2011 with full retirement rights.
Recently, Mr. Oey Hoey Tiong mostly handles bank acquisition projects. Despite of his seniority, Mr. Oey Hoey Tiong always keeps his knowledge updated with the modern legal issues, among others, by handling some projects related to fintech and other modern payment methods.
